When I relocated to Beaverton in 1990, the 3 bedroom 2 bath homes for sale were, on average, about 1,250 sq. ft.  I’m not making that up.  Now the homes for sale in Beaverton have gotten a little larger in their overall sq. ft. and so have buyers’ criteria when they’re looking to buy 3 bedroom 2 bath homes for sale in Beaverton.

What is a Full Bath?

A full bath is a bath which contains a sink, toilet and a bathtub and/or shower.  It used to be that a partial bath only had a shower.  Now, a partial bath does not.  There are many 3 bedroom 2.1 baths homes for sale in Beaverton.  The .1 designates a partial bath, with no shower or bathtub.

Of course, having 2.1 baths in also nice. The .1 is for a “partial” bath.  Again, it used to be called a “half-bath” and may have included a shower.  Now, a partial bath is only a sink and toilet.
