Carla Muss-Jacobs is the Principal Broker/Owner of EBA Portland, LLC. She is one of fewer than 125 real agents nationwide with training and experience in Buyer Agency that has been certified by both the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents as an Certified Exclusive Buyer’s Agent (CEBA)
Carla bought her first home when she was 19 . . . many . . . many years ago. It was a big move and the purchase price was under $65,000 in 1977. It was purchased through a VA Loan. It was a lot of money, seemingly, at that time. But, it was the BEST MOVE she could have made and set her on the path of being an Exclusive Buyers Agent in Portland.
Since 1977, Carla has owned 7 properties (including condos, town homes and single family). In 1990 she relocated to the Portland Metro area and knows exactly what it’s like to be a relocation buyer in Portland. After buying her first home, and an investment condo in Beaverton, Carla decided to make real estate her chosen profession.

But the motivation for Carla aren’t the commissions. The motivation is representing Buyers in the Metro Portland market is the ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients: to promote their position, and try to obtain the best terms and conditions with their home purchase.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in Social Science and 15 years of prior work history in law offices as a legal assistant, Carla brings to the table years of experience.
