Forest Heights is an upscale neighborhood, nestled in the hills west of downtown Portland. For this reason, being only a 10 minute commute downtown, it is desireable. But, the Forest Heights neighborhood itself is more then the age-old adage of; location, location, location. Forest Heights has the areas most PREMIERE selection of newer homes (many built un the 1990′s to present) on those highly desireable larger lots.
Quite a few properties in Forest Heights encompass a terrific view . . . and what a VIEW! The western sunsets! Absolutely spectacular. The Coast Range, the range of mountains that divide the coast and the Metro Portland western regions can be seen.
The commute to the Silicon Forest of Hillsboro is great too. For all the high-tech commuters, Forest Heights makes sense.

Forest Heights is managed by the Forest Heights HOA. They maintain the walking trails, common areas and host a ton of community events.
