In 2010 Villebois in Wilsonville, Oregon, was named the Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. The design of homes include row-homes, detached and are architecturally appealing to the Pacific NW style, including Craftsmen, Arts ‘n Crafts, English Revival and Modern. The Village Center at Villebois includes shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Plans are in the works for a Villebois Community Center and Swimming Pool.
